How are you? Hopefully okay yes.

This morning I made pancake for breakfast. Incidentally there is a durian remaining overnight, so for his sauce I wear durian. Please note the recipe. Hope you guys like it.

Serabi Kinca Durian

Ingredients :

150 g medium protein flour

  • 50 gr rice flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pack of instant coconut milk medium size
  • 150 ml of water

Ingredients For The Kinca :

  • 150 gr of durian meat, crushed with a fork
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 50 grams of brown sugar, comb
  • 2 tbsp sugar

How to make :

  1. Prepare the container, mix flour, rice flour, yeast, baking powder, and salt, mix well.
  2. Enter the eggs, then pour the water and coconut milk, stir until it becomes a smooth and slick dough.
  3. Cover the container with a napkin, let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the pancake mold, heat it on low heat. Pour the dough into the mold, wait until new spots or bubbles are closed. Remove after the pancake is dry.
  5. For the durian kernel, mix all the ingredients into the pot. Then cook while stirring until boiling and sugar dissolves. Then lift.
  6. Serve the pancake with a spray of kinca.

Tadi pagi saya buat serabi untuk sarapan. Kebetulan ada durian sisa semalam, jadi untuk saus nya saya pakai durian. Silahkan di catat resepnya. Semoga kalian menyukai nya.

Serabi Kinca Durian

Bahan-bahan :

  • 150 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 50 gr tepung beras
  • 3 sdm gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt ragi instan
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 1 butir telur
  • 1 bungkus santan instan ukuran sedang
  • 150 ml air

Bahan Untuk Kinca :

  • 150 gr daging durian, lumatkan dengan garpu
  • 250 ml santan
  • 50 gr gula merah, sisirkan
  • 2 sdm gula pasir

Cara Membuat :

  1. Siapkan wadah, campur tepung terigu, tepung beras, ragi, baking powder, dan garam, aduk rata.
  2. Masukkan telur, lalu tuang air dan santan, aduk sampai menjadi adonan yang halus dan licin.
  3. Tutup wadah dengan serbet, diamkan selama 30 menit.
  4. Siapkan cetakan serabi, panaskan di api kecil. Tuang adonan kedalam cetakan, tunggu sampai keluar bintik-bintik atau gelembung baru ditutup. Angkat setelah serabi kering.
  5. Untuk kinca durian, campur semua bahan kinca kedalam panci. Lalu masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Kemudian angkat.
  6. Sajikan serabi dengan siraman kinca.
