carp tausi:
Materials prepared:

. -1 tbsp tausi (black beans) - 1 carp size 200grsi
- 1 cloves garlic roughly sliced - 2 stalk leaves thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 small small slice carrots
- teriyaki sauce - soy sauce
- 1 tbsp kanji (tapioca flour) dissolved with 2 tbsp water
- Appropriate sugar taste, salt

HOW TO COOK :

. - Heat the oil until it is really hot & fire a large input of fried gurame until browned, remove & set aside.
- Saute garlic until fragrant then enter the carrots that have been in the iris.
- If already mateng, pour water tapioca flour that has been diluted with water so that the sauce thickens, let stand until boiling.
- Add tausi (black beans), stir-fry until fragrant
- Put the carp
- Add water until the carp is slightly submerged, taro sugar, salt, soy sauce & teriyaki sauce - Add the green onion.
