This is awesome. Love chocolate and love the sweet slimy liquid around the beans. I wonder if they would do well here in Cambodia. Never seen them here. Thanks for sharing this experience with us! Didn't know it was so easy to make your own dark chocolate.
I didn't think either that it's so simple to make, and I'm so happy I learned it!!! I bought some dried cacao beans in the market, I'm gonna do it at home, too 😄
