Traditional cuisine typical of aceh
This is my post for steemit visitors that is about aceh cuisine (kuah beulangong).
Aceh is the most western province of Indonesia located on the island of Sumatra always have its own unique story, one of which is about the culinary tradition. In Aceh there is a food tradition called beulangong gravy.
In the language of aceh (Beulangong) means large cauldrons or pots used for cooking. The size is selected large, about one meter in diameter.
Inside the large container, cooked goat meat with a mixture of banana or jackfruit. Then mixed with spices from the typical Aceh herbs. This cuisine is cooked with firewood under this large pot.
