Bakwan Corn

BAKWAN CORN
RECIPE
Material
- item pieces Sweet corn, pipil
- 2 pieces Leaves, sliced
- 2 celery sticks, sliced
- 100 gr Wheat flour
- 2 tbsp tp rice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch / tapioca
- Salt to taste
- Enough water
- The oil for frying
Ground spices
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 cloves of red onion
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 ginger
- 3 pieces of cayenne pepper
Way
Combine corn, spring onions, celery leaves, fine spices, flour, salt and water. Stir until well blended to the desired thickness and easy to fry. Correction of flavors.
Heat the cooking oil, take the dough using a spoon and then fry until cooked. Lift.
Drain and serve with cayenne pepper.
