Cumi pete bumbu merah
Bahan:
- Cumi 300 gram (untuk 2 porsi)
- Petai (secukupnya)
Bumbu:
- Bawang merah
- Bawang putih
- Cabai merah
- Tomat
- Gula
- Garam
Cara memasak:
- bersihkan cumi dari kulitnya, cuci bersih, potong-potong
- haluskan bumbu, lalu ditumis hingga harum
- masukkan cumi, tambah sedikit air
- tambahkan garam dan gula secukupnya sesuai selera
- tunggu hingga matang, masukkan petai lalu aduk merata
- angkat, kemudian sajikan
