How I add hidden powders / seeds / fruit and veg for my fussy eater
When you have a fussy eater, it’s time to get inventive with food.
Hiding fruits and vegetables in food is fairly simple if your child like sauces. But when they prefer drier food it can be a bit trickier.
So I try to use plant based powders and grounded / milled seeds instead.
I use organic milled flax seed in pancakes. Flax seed are a great source of protein, magnesium, omega 3 and fibre.

Moringa powder is a great source of 5 essential vitamins and minerals including Iron, Calcium and vitamins A, E and K. I try to to add to anything savoury. Muffins, gravies, sauces. It has a very spinach type of taste, and can be sprinkled, mixed or shaken into a recipe.

One of my all time favourite powders of which I have blogged about before. Has to be Camu Camu Powder. It is the highest food form of vitamin C on the planet (200 x times more than eating an orange) and is a great immune booster.
