YUMMY: Sweet tartlets
Few sweet pastries look so tempting and perform as simply as a cake basket or sweet tartlets with cream, fruit or jelly.
By changing the filling, dough and molds, you can create a series of delicious recipes for cakes that will decorate and diversify the dessert table.
INGREDIENTS
Flour 250 g
Butter 100 g
Cold water 2-3 tablespoons
Sugar 100 g
Salt one pinch
COOKING METHOD
Add to the flour diced butter, salt and sugar.

CREAM FILLING
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese or soft cheese - 250 g (mascarpone).
Egg yolks - 3
Sugar powdered - 80 g
Cream - 50 milliliters
Corn flour - 3 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar - half a teaspoon
Blueberry jam - to taste
Decorate with any fruit to your taste
COOKING METHOD
Pass the cottage cheese through the meat grinder. After that, whisk it with sugar powder. Continue to beat, add 1 egg yolk. After that, pour the vanilla sugar and the necessary amount of flour.
Whip the cream until thick peaks occur. Enter them into the curd mass.
Ready curd mass put in tartlets.
Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes.
