Muhallebili İncir Tatlısı - Fig Dessert

Kek için malzemeler

  • 6 adet kuru incir
  • 3 yumurta
  • 1 su bardağı şeker
  • 1 su bardağı ceviz
  • 1 adet kabartma tozu
  • 1 adet vanilya
  • 1 çay bardağı süt
  • yarım çay bardağı sıvı bardağı
  • 1 su bardağı un
  • 1 tatlı kaşığı tarçın

Muhallebi için malzemeler

  • 4 su bardağı süt
  • 6 yemek kaşığı şeker
  • 2 yemek kaşığı nişasta
  • 3 yemek kaşığı un

HAZIRLANIŞI;

6 adet inciri 10 15 dk ılık suda bekletiyoruz.Sudan çıkardıktan sonra küp büyüklüğünde parçalayıp kesiyoruz.1 yemek kaşığı un ile harmanlıyoruz.Burası kekin içine katmamız içindi.Bunu bir kenarda bekletiyoruz.
Verilen miktarlardaki,yumurta,şeker,süt,tarçın,un,kabartma tozu,vanilya ve cevizi kaşıkla çırptıktan sonra una buladığımız yukardaki incirleri de içine atıp tekrar karıştırıyoruz.Daha sonra bir tepsiyi sıvı yağ ile yağladıktan sonra yaptığımız karışımı içine döküp 180 derece de 20-25 dk pişiriyoruz.
Üzerine dökeceğimiz muhallebisi için yukarıdaki verdiğim malzemeleri karıştırıp tencere de pişireceğiz.

Püf noktası; 1 buçuk su bardağı nescafe (içtiğimiz şekilde sıvı haliyle) kek pişince üzerine kürdan yardımıyla delikler açıp hazırladığımız nescafeyi her yerine dağıtacak şekilde döküyoruz.

Şimdi ise hazırladığımız muhallebiyi kek üzerine yayıyoruz.Üstüne 1 yemek kaşığı hindistan cevizi,1 çay kaşığı tarçın,1 çay kaşığı kakao bunları karıştırıp üzerine döküyoruz ve 2 saat buzdolabında bekletiyoruz kekimizi.

Ingredients for cakes

  • 6 pieces of dried fig
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 1 piece of baking powder
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • half cup of tea
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 sweet spoon cinnamon

Materials for puddings

  • 4 water glass milk
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 3 tablespoon flour
    PREPARATION OF;

We keep 6 figs in 10 15 min warm water. After we get out of the soda, we cut and cut it in size of cube. We blend it with the meal spoon flour. We put it in the cakin.

Key point; One and a half cups of Nescafe (liquid as we drink it), we pour over the cake and use the toothpick to open the holes and pour it in such a way as to distribute the nescafey everywhere.

Now we are spreading over the custard cake we have prepared. We add 1 tablespoon of coconut, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon cocoa, mix them and pour over them and let them stand in the fridge for 2 hours.

Yummy, I am sure you had fun eating it. It looks so yummy from pictures and I can butterflies in my stomach right now :p
When I come to Turkey I am going to try all the deserts from there.

Taste is also good! We where last summer in Antalya and had the chance to taste the original Turkish dessert - it is simply AMASSING!
