PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND OLIVES

INGREDIENTS

300 g paste
1 onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
400 g peeled tomatoes juice
100 ml of white wine
150 g of black olives
oregano, salt and pepper - to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION

Healthy, fast, cute, tasty and fast! Make some pasta with tomato sauce and olives, for a quick and satisfying meal!

The paste is cooked as indicated on the package. Then run through a cold water jet and let it flow.

For the sauce , onion and garlic are chopped and crumbling in oil. Season with wine bent with water and boil for 10 minutes. Add the olives, tomato juice and diced tomatoes. OPTIONAL, you can use sausage sauce .

Leave to heat for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens, and season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.

Put the boiled steaks in a bowl and mix with 2-3 drops of oil. Add the tomato sauce with olives, mix gently and serve immediately.
