PREPARATION OF EFO RIRO(western nigeria delicacy)
INGREDENT :- 1KG /2 ib fresh soko or tete (wash and blanche, 500g/1b assorted part of meat(washed), 225g/8oz bush meat (wash with lemom juice) 225g/8oz ground crayfish, freshpepper,fresh tomato,one small tin tomato pure e, 2 onion,palm oil,locust bean,water,salt,maggie.
METHOD OF PREPARATION :-
Step 1 :- place the washed meat in a large pot,add a drop of water or stock
Step 2:- season with salt and grinded pepper and boil for 30mins until tender
Step 3:- add the smoke fish crab snail and cook for another 10mins
Step 4:- remove from heat and place in a clean bowl
Step 5:- wipe the pot out and pour in the palmoil,place pot on fire to heat up the oil,grind the tomatoes onions,add to the hot oil and fry.Add the cooked meat cray fish,steam for 10mins.....finally add the blended tete or soko cook for 5min check seasoning and serve with pounded yam.ENJOY FRIENDS
