Material:
250 gr tapioca flour
125 ml of water
2 tsp of red and green food dye

250 ml of water
3 pieces of brown sugar

1 pandan leaves
How to make:
- Take some of Tapioca starch then dissolve it with water. Cook until the dough has thickened approximately 3 minutes.
- Mix the dough with the remaining starch kanji and stir until evenly distributed. Separate into 3 doughs.
- Give each dough a color of red, green and let one dough without coloring.
- Then shape the dough with the desired shape like elongated or box. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Boil water and then boil the dough that has been formed to float. Lift and drain.
