Bahan:

  • 1 ekor ayam, potong-potong
  • 1 buah jeruk nipis
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 2 batang serai, memarkan
  • 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
  • 1 liter santan dari 1 butir kelapa
  • minyak untuk menggoreng
  • garam, gula pasir dan merica bubuk secukupnya

Bumbu halus:

  • 7 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 ruas jari jahe
  • 3 ruas jari kunyit
  • 3 butir kemiri
  • 1 sendok teh ketumbar
  • 1/2 sendok teh jintan
