When life gives you a basket of cranberries, bake a cake with them.😍

I made a cake for the first time ever and it was good enough. Although a little bit too sour. (I really had a lot of cranberries)

This cake is very easy to make. Make easiest cake dough, bake it until it needs few minutes to be ready, then add buttermilk+cranberries+apple+gelatin mixed together and bake another 5min. whoalaaa, the cake is ready! 🍰 👏

Latvian forest swamps are full of them at this time of september

    That is so awesome! So I don't get why we always see cranberries floating in water when they harvest them?

    I usually see cranberries in the forest and we pick them one by one (it takes more time to fill bucket :D ), but this looks like for a mass production. When berries are ready probably they just flood the fields so it is easier to get them. Looks crazy, didn't know about this method till now.
    You should see this video- guy is wakeboarding at cranberrie field.
