1-2-3 Easy and Simple, Let's Do Choripan at Home-
Greetings Friends of the community here I come to share one of the things that I am passionate to do both for my tastes and for those of the Family, I will prepare a delicious dish so that it does not take much time and is that we have to vary the different menus and do not always do the same. Today I will show you how to make El Choripan, a typical Argentinean food, consisting of bread with grilled or grilled chorizo This delicious sandwich or hot dog Latin, known and very popular in many countries of Latin America.
First the Selection of Our Ingredients to use.
"The amount will vary according to the number of People to Eat"
Ingredients
- 2 Peppers (Well colored)
- 1 onion
- 1-2 sausages of regular size, of pork or beef
- 500 gr of Yellow Cheese
- 2 Breads Canillas
- Salsa to taste. (I usually make a mixture of Mayonnaise ½ cup finely chopped parsley 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano, ½ cup finely chopped onions, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste)
Once selected The ingredients proceed to work
1.- Before washing the vegetables
we will cut it into small strips. both the paprika and the onion this can be reduced to tiny squares so that its flavor is more sensitive. We will also chop in turn in fine cuts, El Chorizo and Queso amarillo.

2.- We heat Our Sauce until It Is Well Hot add a little Oil and start to mix the pepper, add onion, Then the chorizo until they are completely cooked and doraditos.
3.- Once the chorizo is ready, we take it to a container and we add the yellow cheese at its hottest point. a little pepper and a little salt
4.-Cut the bread in half and place them on the grill, with the inside down, so that they warm and brown slightly. and We Add Our Blend to the Bread.

We put Salsa to our taste and to enjoy
The choripán is a quick preparation dish and a tasty alternative nien such as breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has the versatility of being able to eat freshly made or take it ready to wherever you want, you can eat as a complete meal. In my opinion, the choripan is the adult version of the hot dog or hot dog - IN MY FAMILY prefer the choripanes that the typical hot dogs, AND YOU EXPECT TO TRY. - For a vegetarian version, vegetarian sausages can be used. Also for those who do not eat pork or beef, they can prepare it with sausages or chicken or turkey sausage
