Kari Kambing khas ACEH (Typical ACEH goat curry)
How are you steemians all, on this occasion i want to share how to make a typical goat aceh goat curry, surely we are all familiar with the word curry, let alone many dishes that smell with curry like chicken curry, goat curry and many more that may I did not have time to mention one by one.
this is one of the simple and practical recipes for making goat curry ..
ingredients
4 goats / goats 1 kg
1 piece of water gourd
Spices
to match the taste of red pepper
3 tbsp coriander
12 cloves of red onion
pour garlic 8
1 stem of lemongrass
2 galangal fingers
2 fingers of ginger
6 cardamom seeds
nutmeg 1/2 seeds
6 clove seeds
1 teaspoon or black pepper
ingredients for frying
1 stem of lemongrass
2 galangal fingers
10 cm or cinnamon
flower buds 2 seeds
1 handful of curry leaves
other materials
coconut milk or 4 coconuts
Step
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Cultivate lemongrass, laos, wash with other ingredients.
Heat the oil to taste, fry the potion until fragrant and then creep in the potion.
Feed the meat / goat head into the kettle, cover for a while and add a water cap.
After boiling the stirring of coconut milk into the kettle, stir to keep the coconut milk from breaking. cook until soft
Head of goat - + 3 hours
