Flowers With Bright Copper Colors
How are you friends? I hope today will be fun!
As usual, every morning I watered the plants I planted in some pots and polybags and placed near the walls of the house.
This morning, I noticed that one of the flower buds I liked was already blooming. This flower is bright yellow as butter, or bright copper, which is very beautiful. This flower has six petals.
Petals are modified leaves that surround the reproductive parts of flowers. They are often brightly colored or unusually shaped to attract pollinators.en.wikipedia.org
This flower plant has fleshy roots, the leaves are curved and like a sword. This flower has a single stalk, each flower bud is only bloomed one day, then withered. The next day will bloom other buds.
After the foliage develops, the tall, straight, branched stalks appear, bearing numerous flower buds. The flowers on a single stalk open a few at a time for a period of several weeks.howstuffworks.com
This flower seeds I got at the end of last year when I was with family on holiday to Berastagi, one of the most famous tourist city in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. Berastagi is a plateau area, about 1,300 meters (4,300 feet) above sea level, its temperature is very cold.
Located in the Barisan Mountains area, the mean annual temperature of the district is 18 °C (64 °F). During the day the temperature rises over 25 °C (77 °F) but at night to early morning it could drop to as low as 12 to 16 °C (53 to 61 °), it is also could be reach 9 °C (48 °F) during the rainy season.en.wikipedia.org
Apparently, the beautiful flower plants that can also grow in where I live, Lhokseumawe, Aceh Province, whose temperature is different from Berastagi. Lhokseumawe yan is on the lips of the Malacca Strait, having an average height of 13 meters above sea level.
The annual average temperature in Lhokseumawe is 27.3 ° C. Rainfall here averages 1531 mm.id.climate-data.org
