Morning greens ☀️
The benefits of green smoothies are many and varied they’re easy to digest, keep you hydrated, increase your energy, get your skin glowing.
Also, as you may see I didn’t get to fancy with my smoothie I kept it nice easy and simple 😁
All I added was
- cucumbers
-arugula
-spinach - celery stick (I only used half )
- green apple (I only used half)
-1 cup of water
But you may get as Creative as you’d like.
