10 MINUTE In-Home Workout (NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY)

Let's do something with the extra time we have in our days Steemians!

This one is for ANY and EVERYBODY. Try to get as many reps as you can during the allotted time and move to the next exercise as quickly as you can. Give yourself between 30 seconds and 2 minutes of rest in between rounds depending on your fitness level. If you finish two rounds and you're not tired or have a little more time, feel free to add to it or hit another round ;)

                            **Perform as Circuit 2x**    
  1. Small Arm Circles Forwards - 30sec
  2. Small Arm Circles Backwards - 30sec
  3. Air Overhead Squat - 30sec
  4. Cuban Press - 30sec
  5. Backwards Overhead Lunge - 30sec
  6. Squat Hold - 30sec
  7. Push Up Position Plank - 30sec
  8. Alternating Knee Tucks (from push up position) - 30sec
  9. Push Ups (from knees if necessary) - 30sec
STRETCH OUT WHEN YOU'RE DONE (with both rounds)!
