Todays Workout: 60 minutes to Find Max Back Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift.
Today I decided to test my Strength. I gave my self 20 minutes to find my max back squat, then another 20mins to find my max bench press and finally the last 20 minutes finding my max deadlift.
A good slow warm up is really important here. So is warming up with INTENT. Have the goal in mind, focus, brace and perfect form for every rep.
I am pretty happy with my results, given that I have only managed to train a handful of times this year so far!
I weigh 71kg, and achieved a 85kg back squat, 45kg bench press and a 108kg deadlift!
