A lot of people can be lazy when it comes to taking care of their bodies but today I hope I can convince some to take exercise into consideration.There's plenty of benefits to working out besides looks, which in itself can be a nice benefit.
But I'm gonna list a few examples that impact your health.

Can reduce risk of chronic diseases

Can improve sleep quality & relaxtion
Decrease blood pressure
(Obvious) strengthen muscles & bones
Now you don't have to go monster mode & look like a bodybuilder to achieve these benefits.Just try being a little more active everyday & take care of yourself!
