That is very true my friend. People don't understand that their decisions and bad behavior / bad choices all start with how they are feeling, and how they are feeling starts with what they are eating / drinking / etc. When someone is tired, hungover, or eats junk all the time, their brain won't work as well as it would if they were healthy and well rested. People even fight less when feel good. Fights happen when people are hungry :) tired, etc. When they are in pain, in life in general, they look for anything to make them feel better...thats when the binging starts LOL.
