Many women do not know that to reach a level like this they have to eat a lot, a lot and train very very hard.
You don't get a bodybuilder body from night to morning, so the only thing that can make you weights is tonify your booty.

You are right i train so many women's back in the days and fitness is a life choice starting is the hardest part.
