Sunday Morning Workout
Here's what I did today:
Jog - 2 miles
Jump Rope - 20 minutes
Diamond Push Ups - About 75
Pull Ups - 55
Dips - 55
Shoulder rolls - 1 minute
Various Ab Exercises - 5 Minutes in total
My workouts these days are shorter, quicker, less intense in terms of volume, and the rest periods in between sets are a lot shorter. I'm always looking for ways to improve my routine.
What did your regiment consist of today, Steemers? I need inspiration and motivation.
