My 4 rules for drinking and building muscle naturally:

  1. Drink light beers with fewer calories
  2. Mix alcohol with sugar free drinks
  3. Stay hydrated throughout the night by drinking plenty of water
  4. Don't eat fastfood after a night out, resist the tempatation and stay focused on your goals and rather settle for a healthy post night out meal.

I'm the one on the right, and notice that I'm drinking a light beer, beacause it contains fewer calories than normal beer.
