Insane Armday Routine

Had a crazy arm workout last Friday, worked out with one of my best friends for the first time in a year and we absolutely killed it!
Workout partners are very important , because they push you past your boundaries and make you work harder and in turn getting those extra micro tears in your muscles for extra muscle gains.

Here's the routine I followed:

  1. Standing dumbell curls supersetted with hammer curls to warm up the biceps, as this was a heavy session
  2. Barbell curls supersetted with rope pushdowns, going heavier each set to destroy your arms for 4 sets and a dropset on the last set
  3. Lying incline curls supersetted with dumbell skullcrushers for 4 sets and a dropset on the lastset
  4. Standing cable curls supersetted with straight bar pushdowns for 3 sets and a dropset on the lastset
  5. Bicep and tricep burnout, do a triple dropset with standing dumbell curls and then after that a triple dropset with rope pushdowns( the burnout is to achieve maximum muscle hypertrophy)

So the whole idea is to go heavier each set to reach our maximum weight and then do a dropset to destroy you arms.
