I am so far into the beginner stages, but I've always had problems building my shoulder strength. I look forward to working up to some of these, because strong shoulders are my goal! Great post, great workouts!
Great. Shoulders and legs development has been quite challenging for me as well. I am planning to write series of posts for body weight exercises covering all major muscles (hopefully). Thanks for the appreciation. :-)
