weigthloss, fast and easy

im a fat man, maybe not too fat, but my BMI is about 32
theese days i´ve been looking for a way to loss at least 30 pounds on a target time of a pair of weeks, and...
I FOUND IT,

the secret if we could say that is a secret, is eat just and only protein for a week, eggs, meat, chicken, tuna, salmon, cheese and diet coke (or diet pepsi if you like that shit) at the beggining i have a soportable headache but only the firts 2 days,
the surprise comes at the day 7 when I already lost 15 pounds.

maybe this isn´t a big share but it is changing my life nowadays.
