I just popped down to take some photos and I believe everybody is familiar with the equipment on the pictures. It cost nothing to use and it can be done outdoor with your friends.

Hi, thanks for the reply. You are right, I should have been in the pictures but I had only two hands and there was no one else around. Tomorrow I might pop down again (just for you) and ask someone to take some photos of me whilst I am doing the exercises.
