Great routine! I like the smr and mobility stuff you've posted. Working through end ranges of motion and stretching routinely are often overlooked and under appreciated.
Ah thank you so much. I definitely agree I've got a 12 part series on the mobility stuff I've been developing. Trying to do one every 2 days so people don't get overloaded :D
