When We First Met (2018) : Movie Review

What will you do when you can go back in time?
Oh well, I will surely buy bitcoin.
But, our hero, Noah (Adam Devine) doesn't think that way. The only thing in his mind is only getting Avery (Alexandra Daddario) to be his girlfriend. That glorious goal is not easy for him since their relationship is the cursed relationship hated by human being in this world : FRIENDZONE!

When they first met, Noah thought that he met the LOVE OF HIS LIFE while Avery thought that she finally met a GOOD GUY FRIEND. Gosh, that fact hurts Noah and everything become worse because after three years, Avery decided to get engaged with Ethan (Robbie Amell). In his desperation, Noah takes photo in a photo booth that gets him back to the first time he met Avery. Now, Noah is doing everything he can to fix everything.

This movie is so good. I love the witty dialogue and even its engaging plot. To be honest, I’m not really into Adam Devine but he acts really good in this movie. Seemed that he’s really good in comedy.
I love that even the movie is about someone who repeats the same day all over again, the plot is always different and unpredictable. You’ll find many small twists and wise conclusions about “the right one”.
I also love the bromance between Noah and his best friend, Max (Andrew bachelor). Every scene when Max in it is always funny. I love that guy!

Finally, I highly recommend this movie to those who are in The Friend Zone, The Love Zone or even The Single Zone. This movie will bring you to answer the question of “How far will you go to get someone you really love?”
