The Fifth Circuit narrows the injunction against the Biden Administration in the social media moderation case.

The judgment is affirmed in regards to the White House, surgeon general, the CDC, and the FBI, but reversed for the other officials (it was crazy broad- it applied to like everyone in the Administration and their mothers). And the injunction is vacated except for coercive moderation requests with threats of punishment (again it was insanely broad in terms of what activity was prohibited).

10 day stay granted so that the DOJ can seek relief from the Supreme Court.
