On her clean car Teena the financial analyst arrived marketing department where she was posted , Dev was the marketing department head. All eyes was on her due to her seriousness and how kept she was looking.
Dev knew that Teena will not be the kind of person that lives a care free lifestyle, hence he needs to be careful with her.
Teena swing into action by checking the financial records in the marketing department on the long run she discovered so many laps and confronted Dev on how those finances was spent .
Dev brought out their their expenses and it worsen the situation as Teena became more angry knowing what has befallen the department looking their records. Dev on the other hand wasn't finding it funny as she thought Teena will overlook those laps.
The more Teena kept on checking and analyzing their records the more complicated their finances is, she blamed Dev for allowing such in the marketing department where he was chosen as the head.
Dev asked Teena if there's anything they can do to cover up the mess, probably he will pay with his money in order to maintain his position and name in the department.
Teena flagged Dev idea and reassured him of analyzing every record as it should be.
Dev reaffirms that Teena is a disciplinarian,a strict follow and a dedicated staff, he started looking for a way to match with her personality.
He started agreeing on Teena 's condition while learning how to overcome his weakness of I don't care attitude
Teena saw a good change and strict behavior of Dev and she loosen up . They started acting up as friends. But Dev was still finding it difficult to catch up with taking everything to record.
Teena took him on one week recording and analysis program. During this period of learning and unlearning both understood the importance of each other's personalities .
Teena didn't blame Dev much when he realized that his family background contributed to his character. She knew that people like Dev finds it difficult to take things serious just like Dev was .
The weeks of training were over and everything was now ok in the marketing department. More measures and approaches were used for a better outcome.
The work become more easier for Teena as she got relived while supervising others doing the analysis themselves.
Finally, Dev brought out some documents of staff who took some loan from the department without fulfilling their return promises. Teena saw where the fault and shortages came from, she advised Dev and others to always make sure they take action on anyone who default the rules of the department irrespective of who.
Orderliness returned in the marketing department, everyone stood up and was dedicated to duty while they curtailed excess spending.
Dev thanked Teena for good work weldone, the report from the marketing department became the number one , everyone praised Teena for putting them through and helping their department to become lively once more.
It was an awesome experience with the presence Teena in marketing department. Dev and Teena became lovely friend who stands for each other on the Truth for the betterment of the company.
