Funding is necessary because without funds, executing a full algorithm for the project will be complicated. So fund must also be stated in the plans to execute the project effective and efficiently to the extent that they will have full support of the owner.

Timothy and John will try as much as possible to bring experts to the table, such as software engineers, developers or programmers, and cybersecurity experts, to ensure that the car rental application is useful to the car industry as well as rental services.

John, Timothy, and other experts in the engineering field must work towards improving the features of the application where customers can have direct access to the company. Additionally, updates must also be implemented on the app.

After they successfully complete this project, they may have some doubts about whether the general manager is likely to accept this from them. Timothy may tell John that they have tried their best and that if any adjustments are needed on the application, they will make improvements.

On the final day to present the project in the conference room, the project manager, John, will represent others and explain through a demo on the screen where he tries to convince the general manager of the usefulness of this application.
