Mistake between hollow twisters and intercom lines

Notice television saying voice is being collected from twisters. Twisters are a vacuum that can suck up vapors and make a noticeable sound. Where voice is collected , reading a book to yourself and listening to yourself read the book is sort of like a powerline which works like a intercom system. Speed between getting ready to say something verbally.
I only witness that type of system working once. A brother in law of a highway patrolman and myself one day could communicate without saying anything verbally or loudly. We would talk back and forth and each time I was getting ready to loudly tell him something he already knew what I was planning on saying and same with him communicating to me.
I was complaining about their type of system to law and others and somebody said people that don't get to use this type of system in this area in Hocking county are the people that complain about their system. I have to listen to tormenting voices all the time for 9 years though don't know who the voices are from or mostly artificial intelligence.
