NIGHTMARE PART 2

One century have passed about the incidents. It was forgotten and nightmare socializing into human. They became part of the society but hiding. As time passed, the human technology became so high. The human created a special forces that only for nightmare. The Orgon country supported the Philippines government in making a half nightmare. Half nightmare means they're human but injected a blood of a nightmare. The difference of it from nightmare are their attitude, don't eat human and a little weaker. But they can head to head to nightmare by undergoing training.
The nightmare act well to hide their true identity. They prevent themselves from eating human in the crowded places because they're not safe. But Pau is different, since he was born he never try eating human. His father is a nightmare who fell in love with a human woman. He was raised with love by his parent's, live like a real human but hiding as a nightmare. Pau is a college student and have many friends because he is nice. He never talk much, all he did is reading books. He had a bestfriend named Jhake. A very good friend who always accompanying him. Sometimes Pau was bullied because of their poverty, Jhake protected him.

One night, Pau and Jhake went to a restaurant.
"You see Pau, their food is very delicious. Look at that adobo, it seems it's different from a normal adobo."
"Yeah, Jhake, thanks for bringing me."
The two of them are smiling, they look so happy while eating. After they eat they go outside to go home. When they're outside they see a nightmare being tortured by a human. It's a bit late that time so not too many people around. The nightmare being tortured is a woman and holding a daughter, maybe 6 years old. The nightmare keep on begging that her daughter must leave them alone. They could hear the shout of woman begging.
"PLEASE LET MY DAUGHTER LIVE, SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING."
The woman continued on crying while holding her daughter tightly, while smiling to her daughter as her tears falling down. The special that capture them are the half nightmare. They are called "night downer." They keep on kicking, punching and hitting the woman.
"Stop crying you monster, how many human you've been eaten."
The night downer continued on laughing as they hit the woman nightmare. Pau wanted to react, but he's so afraid and remember what his father said.
"Pau, remember no one knows we are nightmare except for your mother. No matter what happened, don't show yourselves as a nightmare."
Pau is crying inside, he feels so mad watching those human hitting that nightmare. He is just preventing himself not to do reckless. He keep on preventing himself but when the woman nightmare was stabbed. His blood boiled, his body feel's the veins are going out. He see the woman is stabbed in the stomach while smiling into her daughter. The woman is hugging her daughter while the blood is going out into her body. Then the child cry out loud as she began the veins are going outside.
"MOTHER....MOTHER....."
One of the night downer attempt to stab the woman but his friend Jhake shouted while running.
"HEY...."
The night downer stopped and look at his friend. Then approaching towards him while giving a look with an intent to kill.
"Hey, what do you think you're doing? Are you one of them?"
"No, I'm not but what are you doing is not correct."
Jhake arrived at the place where the child. They have a conversation with a night downer. The both of them arguing, and the night downer didn't notice that nightmare's arrived. The night downer notice them after all of them are being stabbed in the back. Jhake couldn't move as he see's the real nightmare in person. Pau suddenly feels afraid and uncomfortable. He run towards to his friend to protect it in case the nightmare will include him.

When Pau see one guy at Jhake's back has an intent to kill. He release his nightmare self, arm's are getting stronger and eyes are turning red. But the nightmare didn't notice Pau and someone stabbed Jhake at the back with his hand.
"NOOOOOOO----JHAAAAKKKEEEEE----."
He reached that nightmare who stabbed Jhake. Pau hold his hand and franctured it and he threw it. All the nightmare there is shocked, only the strong nightmare can make their eyes red. Pau is so mad but he don't want to kill someone, especially they are also nightmare. Pau holding Jhake in his arma while crying. The nightmare's are still standing and don't know what to because they all are shaking. Pau starred them and shouted.
"LEAVE-----OR ELSE I'M GOING TO KILL YOU ALL."
The nightmare's left because of fear, they left the kid nightmare there. Pau keep on crying as he hold's his friend. Pau don't know what to do anymore. He is shaking because blood are falling in the ground. He stand up and going around.
""What I will do now, hospital is far. Maybe I should bring him to home."*
Jhake smiling while talking slowly.
"Sssssoooooo yyyooouuuu are a nightttttmare Pau."
Pau don't look at him and continue on running so fast but he answered.
"I'm sory Jhake, I just want to be normal human. I want to be your friend."
Jhake smiled and said.
"No matter who you are, I will always be your friend, although I'm a bit disappointed. It's fine because you are my friend."
Pau continue on crying while running. The child is following her because the kid doesn't know where to go anymore. Then he arrived at their house but Jhake is already dead. Pau keep calling Jhake to wake up.
"DAMN IT JHAKE WAKE UP, IT'S NOT FUN. JHAKE PLEASE WAKE UP, WE ARE HERE IN OUR HOUSE. FATHER WILL FIND A WAY TO HEAL YOU. JHAKE COME ON....DON'T LEAVE ME.!!!!!"
"Pau, that's enough, he's already dead."
Pau is crying loudly, he keep's on crying. He kneeled down while crying... His mother comfort him while crying watching his son in despair.
"Pau, just cry..."
Pau look into his mom, with a sad look while crying.
"Mom, why do we born like this. We are not in good terms of human. Where can we go, human hunted us and nightmare eat human. Why is this happening.."
His mother don't know what to say, that's she just hug Pau.

Morning has come, Pau still feeling in despair. He still can't accept the fact that his friend is gone. He go into Jhake's house and bring the dead body of Jhake. He explained everything to Jhake's mother. Jhake's mother keep on crying as she watch her son doesn't move and so pale. Pau couldn't resist that tears of Jhake's mother, he comfort her while crying also. Jhake's mother hug Pau while crying.
"What will happend to me now, Pau. Jhake is the only one I have. How will I survive this curse world. We didn't do anything but why this is happening."
Pau doesn't know what to answer for that question. He just hug Jhake's mother tightly. The light was devoured by darkness. Pau now left Jhake's mother and going home. While he's on the street he keep's looking around. People are so happy, they have no idea what is happening in the world right now.

Pau arrived at their house. Their house is burned, he's shouting while crying. He called his mother and father.
"FATHER....MOTHER...."
He keep on calling then his father response with a voice that is pained.
"Pau, I'M OVER HERE."
Pau run immediately towards his father. But when he arrived, his father was struck by a metal in his chest.
"FATHER WHAT HAPPENES?!!"WHERE IS MOTHER??!"**
"MOM IS DEAD, GROUP OF NIGHTMARE ATTACKED US. THEY FOLLOWED YOU LAST NIGHT."
Pau cry's and felt guilty.
"I'm sorry father.."
"It's fine Pau, they're searching for me for a long time because they wanted me to joined them. They want to declare wars with human but I hid, I don't want to see more bloodshed. Be careful Pau, they're afraid of me that's why they used a gun that made me paralysed. As I woke up I was hit with this metal."
Pau don't know what to do anymore. He cry's while seeing his father.
"Father, why we live in this place if they'll just curse us."
"I'm sorry son, but save the little kid I hide underground. It's up to you if you declare war to them, both of them, human's and nightmare's. If you choose to a peaceful life you can run, but if you want to fight. Eat one human and one nightmare to make you invincible."
His father began to close his eyes slowly. Pau is crying as he wake's his father.
"FATHER...WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW? I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START...I DON'T KNOW IF I AM BRAVE TO FIGHT BACK....."
