The blood was shed
Our protection his gold
Sacrificed for his diamond,
That held together his beloved.
Back to the day,
He waved his mother goodbye,
His father holding his shattered strength,
And his beloved in agony.
At his early life
He could have evaded that day
But instead took the turn of his destiny.
To the quake of his roots
Upon that same ground
Lies the hearth of bravery
Upon a warrior's fall,
I tell my tale .
