In one way Peter is in super exaggerated version of so many people that go through life thinking only of themselves and seeing others as pure entertainment something to laugh at or take advantage of, his character makes you stop and think about what your own motivations are. All this in this sci-fi, body hopping scenario makes for quite an interesting story. well done.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. He is definitely an extreme character, driven by an inability to fear death, and a desire to understand life. Driven probably to wrong action by it. Like you say, into bait and teasing others for amusement.
