How lucky we are.. we have it raw and fresh while in the other side of the world, they need to make it as capsule and buy it quite pricey
Lucky indeed, 🍀 it’s the next big thing over in the west... So full of nutrition and very fast growing tree also..
I can make a pretty nice drumstick curry too..
I should try to get a small plantation started here to cash in on the health craze... 💰
