The Truth About FedEx Ground

Before doing business with FedEx there are some things you need to know. Not only did they not provide me delivery instructions but their customer service is absolutely horrendous. If you can't even have a support hotline that is manned by real human beings and not an automated service, then you shouldn't be in business. There's a fine line between cutting costs and cutting the lifeline between you and your customers.
