FCC: It may not be a done deal yet!
The Congressional Review Act allows Congress for use of a "resolution of disapproval" to overturn rules passed by federal agencies, such as the FCC. The CRA requires a simple majority in both the House and Senate. So Net Neutrality could still be restored. That would be a lot easier than going through a lengthy battle in the US Court of Appeals. This CRA approach also means that members of congress and senate would have to publicly take one side or the other. The FCC decision today is so unpopular with voters that this approach could leverage congressional support in favor of Net Neutrality. This is already in the works!
