RECIPE #1 BOILED PORK HOCK soup (Nilagang Baboy)

It is raining the whole day and so loved to eat something that met this rainy season. Am thinking what would be the best dish for dinner. And am sharing it with you all my very own Nilagang baboy or boiled pork hock. My family's all time favorite

The Ingredients:

  1. 1 Kl pork hock

  2. 2 small stalk spring onions

  3. 2 pcs tomatoes

  4. 1 pc ginger

  5. 1 pc. red bell pepper

  6. 1 stalk lemon grass

  7. 1 pc sayote

  8. a bunch of baby bok choy or pechay

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Put the pork into large pot with water and bring to boil

  2. Simmer for about 1 hour or until the pork hock becomes tender and add water if necessary

  3. Add the ginger, lemongrass, sayote, and put some salt and magic sarap to taste. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.

  4. Put together the spring onion, bell pepper and pechay. Simmer for 3 minutes.

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
