  • Check your cholesterol levels and if there is any risky high amount of level, control that with instruction from your doctor. You will have to get some medicines. Also, control your foods and get a well-controlled diet.

  • Do tests of the liver such as Liver profile, Ultrasound scan and check the current situation of your liver. So you would know how healthy functioning your liver is.

  • The final stage of Fatty Liver is Cirrhosis, because of that you better know what is the stage for your fatty liver and take necessary decisions.
