@gooddream Still looking good man. Now I envy the man in the mirror. I guess no pain, no gain. I really loved this fitness series. I hope you do some another time. I really enjoyed reading your journey on regaining the once six-pack body..haha.
oh i doubt I'll ever have 6 pack again but i am just ok with not having a keg
