The reasoning in general is the added fat in the coffee helps satiate, easy way to get healthy fat in, and overall contributes to less over eating. I add butter on occasion if I feel like I can't get in a good amount of fat in on a particular day, or just want a tasty energizing drink in the morning.
What about getting it from hemp oil? Idea courtesy of another friend who pretty much bathes in it.
I've read that hemp oil is ideal cold, so I wouldn't use it in my coffee, maybe as a salad dressing?
Could be. My buddy smears it on his face. I shit you not.
