A Close Up Look at the New Adidas Consortium Ultra Boost Mid "Run Thru Time" in Royal Blue

Adidas recently released the "Run Thru Time" Consortium Ultra Boost Mid. It was very limited, as about 30 pairs (Give or take based on the store) were allotted to each retailer. Adidas did not release this shoe on their own website, nor did they drop via the confirmed app in any Adidas flagship stores. This pair was a rather tough one to cop, as most consortium releases are. The shoe features a primeknit upper, with a plastic heel cup. It has full length boost and continental rubber for the bottoms. This pair is highlighted with different accents of suede along the toe and the tongue. The shoe doesn't have a traditional tongue, but simply a hole that can be adjusted to fit your foot. With the Continental rubber and boost, this is not only a very comfortable, but also very durable pair of shoes.

Did you want a pair? Were you able to secure one? I see plenty of people complaining that consortium releases like these are far too limited, and I tend to agree. I am one who loves limited shoes, but about 700 pairs world wide is just far too low. Not that they should release thousands on thousands of pairs, but up the amount to ~2k. With such a small number of pairs, so few people get them, and the shoe becomes somewhat insignificant and many stop caring about the shoe.
