The design of Steem blockchain is really promising. Few amazing properties like subjective proof of work and ability to make transactions without having to pay fees mean that this blockchain is absolutely one of the best right now. Steem has good incentives for everybody and it can scale up.
I'm really interested in Steem Dollar. World needs price-stable cryptocurrencies and SMD seems to be designed very well. Of course we have to wait to see if it really works, but I haven't seen any design flaws so far that would indicate that it will fail.
