Medical Kidnapping - Justina’s Law - The Justina Pelletier Story - Nancy Schaefer Memorial 2017

One of the dirtiest secrets of Big Pharma being hidden from the mainstream media is called "Medical kidnapping" and guess who does their dirty work? That is correct - Child Protective Services. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the largest payoff incentives to doctors and agencies to get them trial participants. In the case of medical kidnapping by CPS, when children are removed from their parents, they become wards of the state. Once this happens, the children can legally be entered into experimental drug programs and used as guinea pigs. Such was the case with Justina Pelletier.

Justina Pelletier, a Connecticut teenager who was taken from her parents by the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF), was locked up for 16 months and is now confined to a wheelchair because of maltreatment for a metabolic disorder. confined to the psychiatric ward of a Boston hospital without her family’s consent for nearly a year. All of the publicity surrounding this case finally caught the attention of congress. As a result “Justina’s Law,” was introduced to 113th Congress, 2013–2015 by Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) on Jun 26, 2014 , would protect wards of the state from being used as human guinea pigs by medical researchers.

A BILL

To prohibit Federal funding of any treatment or research in which a ward of the State is subjected to greater than minimal risk to the individual’s health with no or minimal prospect of direct benefit.

1. Short title
   This Act may be cited as Justina’s Law .

2. Prohibition against funding for treatment or research in which a ward of the State is subjected to greater than minimal risk with no or minimal prospect of direct benefit
   No Federal funds may be used to conduct or support treatment or research in which a patient or subject is—

(1) a ward of the State; and
(2) subjected to greater than minimal risk to the patient or subject’s health with no or minimal prospect of direct benefit.

This bill never made it past congress

Congresswoman Nancy Schaefer from Georgia. Congresswoman Schaefer lost her Senate seat in Georgia as a result of her speaking out, but states it was something “worth losing” for standing up for the rights of parents who were having their children kidnapped by CPS. She and her husband were found murdered in their home in 2010. You can read her report on CPS from 2007 here

Notes:

• CPS runs on a quota/bonus incentive system; the more children are removed from their parents, the more funding CPS gets. This, mind you, is the same system the Soviets used, and their intent was admittedly to break up and institutionalize whole families, as predicated by Karl Marx. According to marxist theory, all traditional institutions (family, religion, etc) have to be dissolved, so as to give way to the creation of the 'new utopian man', under supervision by the 'authorities'. This Soviet system is now going worldwide, under the refurbished language of monopoly capitalism.

• Poor parents are especially targeted, as laws are altered and reinterpreted so as to equate material affluence with good child care. Once again, the soviet method. Also the eugenics method, that was implemented in the west prior to WWII, when Planned Parenthood boards were created, to break up and manage the lives of 'unfit' families, as they were called.

• As in those days, matters are judged and decided by unaccountable, unchallengeable, family courts, and enforced by equally unaccountable and unchallengeable social services. The result is utter chicanery and corruption.

• The child is much more likely to be sexually molested and even die when in foster/institutional care. It's the same in every western country now. These facts are well established and quantified in the US and Britain, these still being the more transparent countries in the West. The tradition of 'hushing up' and 'protecting the respectability of services' that reigns in continental Europe makes it much more harder to achieve definite, credible data on these countries.

• This system is a grinding machine on society. The trail of misery it leaves must not be tolerated by any decent human being, nor by any decent society. We are now at a stage where the CPS system is being implemented all across the world, and it will reach even people who, for now, think they're free from such hassles; people who are comfortable with these sorts of things when they're just happening to the disenfranchised family down the street. People who, for now, are middle class, but who are nonetheless on the fast-track to poverty, in this new century of change into austerity and global neo-feudalism.

Nancy Schaefer and her husband, Bruce, were murdered in their home in Habersham County, most likely for their valiant work in standing up for the helpless.
Prior to any investigation, the mainstream media jumped on the bandwagon and classified the event as a suicide-murder, which is the typical whitewash strategy for this sort of cases.

In 2017 An Act titled Justina's law By Mr. Lombardo of Billerica, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 900) of Marc T. Lombardo and others relative to indemnifying parents and legal guardians who have followed medical care recommended by a licensed medical or mental health provider. The Judiciary.

SECTION 1:

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 119 be amended to add the following new section 51I:

51I: (a) A parent or legal guardian shall not be charged with abusing or neglecting a child’s need for medical care if:

(i) the parent or legal guardian has sought medical care for the child from a licensed medical or mental health provider;

(ii) the licensed medical or mental health provider has made a diagnosis;

(iii) the licensed medical or mental health provider has prescribed a lawful course of treatment; and

(iv) the parent or legal guardian is following or willing to follow the recommended course of treatment.

(b) No mandatory reporter, as defined in Section 21 of this Chapter, shall file a report of abuse or neglect under Section 51 of this Chapter based solely on a parent’s or legal guardian’s decision to follow the recommended treatment of a licensed medical or mental health provider. A parent or legal guardian has the right to follow the advice and treatment plan of a licensed medical or mental health provider over a contrary opinion or recommended treatment plan of another licensed medical or mental health provider when the decision does not involve immediate life-threatening conditions. Even in the case of life-threatening conditions, the decision of the parent or legal guardian to follow the advice or treatment plan of a licensed medical or mental health provider shall not be overridden unless there is clear and convincing evidence to the contrary.

”Justina’s Law” seeks to protect families from every parent’s worst nightmare—havingtheir child taken from them.
Specifically, “Justina’s Law” will prevent what amounts to state sanctioned abductions, justified through vague allegations of “medical abuse.” This was the case with the bill’s namesake, Justina Pelletier, who was taken from her parents by the MA Department of Children and Families in 2013 and held for over 15 months. This law will affirm the principle that parents have the right to decide the best medical treatment for their child, and that parents may do so without the threat of being unjustly charged with neglect and abuse.
