CPS & Foster Care Still Number One Source of Trafficked Children- Police Complicit

As I've written numerous times over 65% of children trafficked for sex in the United States come from foster care- which means that they were placed there by Child Protective Services (CPS). This doesn't count the tens of thousands that are trafficked in from abroad using our southern border and other ports of entry- yet Democrats still support CPS and are fighting mightily to keep our borders open. One reason is the amount of revenue created by this onerous trade...
The majority of children recruited into the child sex-trafficking slave trade come through foster care, where state “Child Protection” child welfare agencies place children who have been removed from their homes. It is estimated that the revenue generated through illegal child sex trafficking far exceeds revenue from illegal drugs and guns.
Drugs can only be used once, where children can be sold over and over generating bigger profits for the traffickers. The problems of foster care being used to traffick children into the sex trade have been well documented. A recent report out of WJAC in Pennsylvania, for example, reports that 60% of sex, human trafficking victims were once involved in the foster care system. Attorney Michael Dolce,who speaks from experience from representing children abused in foster care, wrote an opinion piece published by Newsweek last year (2018) stating that the nation’s foster care system is set up to sexually traffic children.
This problem is not limited to the US, but is a worldwide phenomenon. In the UK:

Backing up what Lord Warner stated in the story above, former Scotland Yard Police detective Jon Wedger, who specialized in child abuse investigations, gave testimony of how he discovered that child sex trafficking networks reached to highest levels of the police department, local government, and even the BBC.

CPS had turned out to be a big part of the problem... CPS workers are trafficking and engaging in sex with minors themselves- and it seems that they are organized and networking. In Tarrant County Texas one CPS worker was arrested as part of a sting that netted 20 pedophiles:
An employee with Texas Child Protective Services is one of 20 accused of online solicitation of a minor, authorities say.
Adrian Martinez, 44, was nabbed in an undercover operation in which officers posed as children online, police said.
"I shouldn't be shocked at things but I do get shocked and surprised at the people who come in and the professions they represent," said Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn who formed the human trafficking task force. "It's scary and it's very troubling at times that we have these folks out there who are child predators."
In St. Johns, Michigan another CPS worker was arrested: " Daniel Hulings, 34, of Bath Township, pleaded no contest to two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct Friday in Clinton County Circuit Court." Because of a plea deal, Hulings is expected to spend under 1 year in jail!
The victim said she'd had sexual contact with Hulings multiple times for more than a year, beginning the week after her 16th birthday. She said Hulings always initiated the contact, according to the police report.
The first time, Hulings approached her and asked if she wanted to watch a movie with him, she told a forensic interviewer at the Shiawassee County Child Advocacy Center. They watched the movie in Huling's bed. They cuddled, and when she felt his penis touch her, she moved away, she told the interviewer.
Hulings then put his hand down her underwear and touched her genitals. She told the investigator she remembered the date so clearly because it was when she lost her virginity, according to the report.
These are the people who are supposed to be keeping children safe, but are some of the worst predators out there. In Florida: "Lauren Myres, a case manager for the Families First Network in Fort Walton Beach, was arrested Thursday and charged with sexually battering a minor over which she had custodial control."
It should probably come as no surprise: The Families First Network on Beal Parkway where Myres worked focuses primarily on foster children.“Case managers are responsible for coordinating services on behalf of children and families when abuse, neglect or abandonment has occurred,” Pennewill said. “This includes working with the court, service providers, families and system partners to ensure children are safe from further harm and achieve permanency. Case managers use advanced skills in case coordination, risk assessment and trauma-informed care to meet children’s needs of safety, permanency and well-being.”
Also in Florida: " A social services worker in Lakeland has been arrested for allegedly possessing and trading child pornography on several social media sites, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives arrested William Smith, 28, who is a case manager for Youth & Family Alternatives, Inc. in Lakeland, on December 21 at 110 Laurel Circle in Bartow.
Detectives made contact with Smith on December 21. During an interview he admitted to trading child pornography on various social media accounts, including Dropbox, Tumblr, Kik, and Snapchat, the affidavit stated. He also said he "probably has child victims that are infants on his computer/cell phone."
Smith said he "fantasizes" about touching a child, but denied inappropriately touching a child. He also said he has been viewing child pornography for 3-5 years and knows that it is illegal. During the interview he told detectives that he needed help for his addiction to child pornography.
Isn't it amazing that it's only after they're caught that they express the need to "seek help with their addiction." These individuals are sick and they're the ones that have power over children and their families. I don't remember exactly where I heard this before, but who's watching the watchers??? Smith, by the way, was charged with 15 counts of possession of child pornography.
In Hawaii, a state commission study has determined that at least half of children and adult's that have been trafficked were abused by the police.
A shocking new report from the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women paints a disturbing picture of law enforcement and their role in sex trafficking. The report found that instead of preventing child and adult sex trafficking, many police officers are participating in it.
The report is titled“Sex Trafficking in Hawaii: The Stories of Survivors,”which detailed the testimonials from multiple victims. One particularly disturbing part of the report was the fact that almost half of all the victims interviewed reported that police officers participated in their abuse and victimization.
Are we to believe that this phenomenon is limited to Hawaii?
“The corruption of members of the criminal justice system reported by the participants in the study was pervasive in their stories of being prostituted,” the report noted. [Children included]
The report shows that the average age at which the children begin being prostituted is 14.
" When confronted with this information about the abuse of sex trafficking victims by police officers,Honolulu Police Chief Susan Ballard issued the following statement:"
“I am deeply concerned and will continue to ask the Commission to provide additional information so that HPD can investigate. We respect the participants’ privacy and understand why they do not want to be identified. However, if they can provide us with when or where the activity occurred and a description of the officer, we will investigate to the fullest extent possible. HPD does not condone the behavior described in the study under any circumstances.”
In Hawaii and several other states police are exempted from prosecution for having sex with prostitutes as part of their "investigations."
As the Free Thought Project previously reported in 2014, Honolulu police officers urged lawmakers to keep an exemption in state law that allows undercover officers to have sex with prostitutes during investigations. For years, Hawaii allowed their cops to have sex with prostitutes and victims of human trafficking while at the same time arresting these women.
How this helps curb child sex trafficking is lost on me... In Michigan a similar problem exists:
It’s not just Hawaii either. In Michigan, police were granted immunity from prosecution if they had sex with a prostitute or a sex trafficking victim during an investigation. This was legal for law enforcement all the way up until 2018 when lawmakers had to get a bill passed to specifically outlaw the practice of having sex with victims of human trafficking.
Both the cops in Hawaii and in Michigan put up huge resistance to the outlawing of sex with human trafficking victims, claiming it was necessary to catch lawbreakers.
This sounds more like self-gratification than law enforcement to me. As the Free Thought Project, one of the very best sources on police corruption and overreach, reports:

I have 2 videos below to share with you. The first is a video interview that I did with Debbie Westlake from Butte, Montana. In summary, Debbie had some medical issues and needed to be hospitalized for a couple weeks. CPS took over and protected her son during her hospital stay. The visitation specialist who returned Debbie’s son, Robert, made advances on Debbie of a sexual nature, which she rebuked and then reported. The worker was subsequently arrested for 4 counts of incest and was sentenced to 80 years in prison. After another 5 hour hospital stay, CPS took Robert and he has not been home since. The next video is an interview that I conducted with current Montana House member, Rodney Garcia. Rodney has some strong words for CPS and wants to throw them in jail for disobeying the law. It's about time that someone held CPS accountable for their actions. Personally I don't think a $1000 a-day fine goes far enough. These people belong in prison for their behavior. What is beginning in Montana needs to spread like wildfire across America... CPS must be held accountable!

Thank you... I was abused as a child and I've been on a crusade for the past few years (since I discovered I could write.)
It is demonstrable that psychopaths and others seeking power attain to that power by serving in institutions that have the power they seek. Given the traits of psychopaths, they are preferentially able to rise to positions of authority in institutions.
As we read in the documents left by the founders of American government, the effect of governmental power is contrary to liberty. However, the inability of individuals to effect their power against corrupt institutions necessitated government, in their view, a 'necessary evil.'
Over time, as the institution of government is infiltrated by the corrupt, the institution(s) have been corrupted by those psychopaths in order to facilitate the personal aggrandizement they seek. Presently all legacy government is no less corrupt and contrary to individual liberty than the institutions it was instituted to oppose.
This is demonstrable, although it may be a startling revelation to folks that have not been availed of sufficient exposure to interactions with government to discover this for themselves. It is also provable that concerted and publicly funded indoctrination is undertaken to prevent understanding the present situation, and action to resolve it.
The solution to the problem is simple, if unappealing. Corrupt institutions are not necessary, and actually prevent beneficial services from being implemented. The cessation of corrupt institutions - as undertaken by the founding fathers, for example - is one solution. Sadly, the learning curve to grasp these facts results in naive individuals effecting support for institutions while they do not know they are corrupt, and by the time they are informed, a new crop of naive supporters is available.
There is a novel factor affecting the situation however, and this is the eventuation of technological advances that increase individual power versus institutions in meaningful ways. Decentralized DLTs enable uncensorable evidence to be publicly auditable, preventing corrupt agencies from destroying evidence (as recently happened in the UK, for example), or preventing individuals from accessing the information (as is standard operating procedure across LEAs). The proliferation of cameras and mechanisms to secure information and deliver it to such DLTs burgeons. Communications between affected individuals continues also to improve. Recently GAB released Dissenter, which enables people to resume comment on the web, which has been discouraged by many social media and legacy media sites by disabling comments on their sites.
While these alone are insufficient to solve the problems, they are not the only novel mechanisms eventuating. Nominal technology is arising that does provide effective means of terminating corrupt institutions of every kind, at every scale, and will continue to be developed.
I believe that this is a primary motivation of globalists to institute war, as wholesale slaughter and destruction of infrastructure delays the introduction and use of new technology for such purposes, and necessarily diverts the attention and work of survivors. However, that is only a delaying tactic.
Nothing short of extinction can prevent humanity from developing the necessary technology to preclude power from being effected via corrupt institutions. Either we will eventually attain to actual nominal freedom at every scale, or it won't matter at all that we do not.

The technology solution is smart, but it takes POWER and political will to implement. I just note that opposition is best enabled when it is simply directly decreasing the power of the mechanisms used by evil people, and directly increasing the power of free persons. By the application of Occam's Razor, unnecessary religious, political, and other disputes are rendered avoidable, and the effort that would be necessary to get everyone to agree on such details better spent actually opposing our enemies. You will also certainly agree that it is impossible to get universal agreement as to those details as well.
Zoroastrians, Buddhists, and every Christian sect can all work in perfect harmony to defeat the enemy, because the way to do so is by replacing the mechanisms used by the enemy to harm us with mechanisms we personally and individually control to effect our benefit, at the cost to the enemy of their every potential to profit and grow stronger.
The only expenses in that effort are direct reductions in the power of the enemy, and avoids in every respect the kinds of internal conflicts that destroyed the Occupy Wall Street movement, for example. The Hegelian Dialectic is an extraordinarily powerful weapon, and it has been their weapon for centuries. My tactic renders that weapon useless against free people.

The local 'council' would trespass into my backyard garden, take pictures of the height of the grass and charge me for not mowing my lawn according to their 'standards'. That was the last straw for me before i left that God-forsaken, once great, Britain.
