Educate our children at home, is it illegal?
Because many of the parents who decide not to include their children in a traditional school, are afraid because at some point the CPS knocks on their door, it is really wrong that our children do not go to the traditional institutions to educate themselves and instead of that , are we the parents who take charge? Is it really that bad to be responsible for the development of our children's abilities?
I know that many of you have met someone who made that decision, educate the children at home or on the contrary read an informative article about it and that in several nations worldwide is not allowed, but, in reality we know why? that the government alleges to eradicate this type of education? Why in many countries parents who select this method always fear that social service knocks on their door to withdraw their children ?
There are countries such as Spain, USA, Germany where there are sections of the national constitution in which stipulate that home school is totally illegal, claiming that this affects the development of the personality, since they omit the integration of the infant in a plural society , thus denying the possibility of sharing with infants of different races, beliefs, ages, genders, customs, values and more. The government alleges that the public power is obliged to regulate the programmatic contents taught, and this according to them is only achieved with schooling.
The public authorities immersed in this cause of different countries express that, at home they can not satisfy the fundamental principles of the ordinary educational regime, since they can not monitor the evaluations used to the infants, as an option the government exposes that those who do not agree with the teaching of the public schools they can generate educational institutions where their preferences are imparted and, in fact, they must comply with certain imposed laws.
However, they also state that the parents are the ones who decide what religious and moral education their offspring will receive, then it is somewhat contradictory, let's evaluate both exhibitions for a moment, I can decide where to educate my son, but if I do it at home I am committing the regulations established by the government, in other words only the family will decide what to do with the infant outside the institution's own schedule where they should enroll, otherwise according to the state they would be taking away a right to their child.
We all know that within the school programs there is some indoctrination and this in many countries will depend on the government of the day, many of us also know that endless information they try to set infants is not functional for when you should enter To the market in search of employment, we are also aware of the stress generated by obtaining perfect qualifications.
In Europe many parents face complaints about school absenteeism or they can also be judged for abandonment, since depriving an infant of schooling is considered as abandonment, few countries modify their laws over time. adapt to the new requirements, thus flexing the imposed rules that often generate devastating consequences.
There are few countries or regions that have considered allowing school at home and usually you should contact a specialist to endorse this practice and clearly send from time to time the progress of the student's individual performance to a government entity that the locality selects for such end.
School at home is also one of the absurd reasons that the government sets in motion to separate children from loving parents, many children are removed from home simply because their significant figures made the decision to educate them under their roof, many families change their homes , they even move from countries out of fear.
Really the government gives us the freedom to educate our children?
You have felt attacked by educating at home?
How many people know that they educated their children at home and the CPS was for their children?
Are we really free to decide what we think is best for our children?
